演讲人简介：Judith Woodsworth is currently Professor of Translation Studies, Département d’études françaises, Concordia University and Educational consultant. She is also a member of the Literary Translators’ Association of Canada, 1998 to present. She is recognized both as an accomplished academic and a seasoned university administrator, having acquired experience in three distinct institutions in three Canadian provinces, namely President and Vice-Chancellor & Professor of Études françaises in Concordia University, President & Professor of French and Translation in Laurentian University of Sudbury, and Vice-President (Academic) & Professor of Modern Languages in Mount Saint Vincent University. She has contributed significantly to the translation profession, to the field of higher education generally, and to a wide range of cultural, business and community organizations.
